- Ostrobothnia's welfare area/assistive aid center is requesting an offer for the installation and maintenance services of alarm systems for the hearing impaired and the maintenance and repair services of hearing aids for the contract period 2023-2024 with an option for the years 2025-2026. The contract period starts on June 1, 2023. Using the option is done separatelyn's decision no later than 3 months before the end of the contract period.
The service includes installation and maintenance of alarm systems for the hearing impaired. This takes place in the clients' homes according to the rehabilitation instructor's recommendation in the entire Ostrobothnia welfare region. The service must be offered in Finnish or Swedishalso according to one's own language and, if necessary, the services of a sign language or foreign language interpreter are used, paid for by the Subscriber. About 120 new alarm systems are installed annually. Maintenance of old systems is estimated to be approximately 10 months. Apuvaelinekeskus is responsible for alarm systems andordering and delivering add-ons for use by the service provider. The products have already been tendered in the erva area, so this tender only includes the installation and maintenance services of alarm systems as well as their installation guidance.maintenance and repair of the assistive device granted with the support. Hearing aids are serviced at the service provider's office in Ostrobothnia's welfare area while the customer is waiting during the same working day.
