- Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) tenders for the installation, programming, repair and maintenance of RAU systems and control room programs in residential buildings. The assignments include the maintenance, repair and replacement of field devices of HVAC systems connected to automation. The goal of the acquisition is ensures that the building technical systems of Heka's houses work optimally and energy-efficiently. The procurement supports the maintenance and development of the systems' performance so that they meet the building's operational needs as efficiently and economically as possible. The goal is also to promote energy savings and reduces costs due to system disturbances. The real estate portfolio has a wide range of building automation solutions, which vary from modern cloud-based monitoring to traditional local control rooms. The majority of the property is connected to the cloud monitoring system. Procurement applies Heka's service areas in the south, east, west and north, as well as special residential properties. The procurement is divided into three areas. Sub-area 1: Fidelix, and Deos Sub-area 2: Schindler Sub-area 3: Other systems (Ouman, Siemens, Trend, COBA and Adar systems) Select for each sub-area two (2) editors.
