- The North Karelia ELY Center acquires the installation of 5 groundwater observation pipe and related studies in the groundwater areas of Kitee Kesälahti Pitkälampi and Outokumpu Island oskamo. Soil drills are performed in the designed locations of the observation tubes with a heavy drill (eg GM 100). The observation tubes will be installed to monitor groundwater quality designed by the North Karelia ELY Center. More detailed information about the objects and the implementation of the work can be found in the appendices.
