Description : The object of the procurement is a robot extruder that is used for printing and producing 2D and 3D models and CNC milling. The device is capable of producing 2D and 3D models with material building printing technology on a heated printing platform. The materials used are: compatibility composites ABS, carbon fiber and fiberglass, composite nylon carbon fiber and fiber glass, PEKK carbon fiber, PET fiberglass, PP fiberglass, PPS carbon fiber and other standard materials such as wood fiber.
The minimum requirements for the robot extruder are:
- robots for 3D printing and CNC milling
- industrial robots for additive manufacturing large format components made of plastic
- minimum 6 degrees of freedom
- forearm load capacity at least 20 kg
- control by G code
- maximum spatial deviation 1mm workspace
- minimum printing bed 3x1m
- heating the print bed by region 1/2/3
- materials: PETG, PLS; PP, PA and PC
- average material throughput at least 5kg/h
- peak throughput at least 10kg/h
- material supply at least 50kg with possible drying extrusion unit
- resistant to abrasive
- integration of machining with the robot arm
