Description:
The city of Kemi requests bids in accordance with this call for bids and its attachments. The request for tender concerns warm storage facilities to be built in a cold machine hall. The change also includes renewing the large lift door in the hall. The work does not include electrical or HVAC work, with the exception of gravity ventilation terminal devices. Plans of warm spaces and doors attached. Job description attached. Contract period: The work will be carried out during the year 2025 so that the operation of the hall is disturbed as little as possible. The hall is partly used during work. All invoices and documents must be delivered to the customer before one year end. This is a procurement below the national threshold value. The contract terms are the YSE98 contract terms. The procurement selection criteria is overall economic affordability, taking into account the comparison criteria stated in the procurement documents.
