Description:
The City of Joensuu is implementing international communication measures in the Inno City Joensuu 3 project, which are intended to measure the effectiveness and reach of which by the international media monitoring tool. The aim of the project is to pilot international media visibility for new digital using a tool. The tool explores the international quantitative reach of communication measures and the monetary value of deserved visibility. The procedures of the project take place from June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Media monitoring is primarily concluded until the end of the project. The offer price must include the acquisition of a media tracking tool at least until the end of the project. The offer must describe at least the following: 1. Channels, keywords, and user media tracking tools must be monitored as many of the following channels as possible Internationally: -Mediat-print-print-median media channels-radio TV blogs and discussion platforms-digital visual leaflets on the content offer must describe the number of media channels to be followed and their geographical distribution globally.
