Description:
In the welfare area of Pohjois Savo and in other welfare areas related to the acquisition, tenders are held for service providers who carry out the recruitment assignment of care and care workers from 3rd countries (outside the EU/EEA area), excluding countries defined by the WHO, from which social security personnel are notmay export: WHO health workforce support and safeguards list 2023. According to estimates, the recruitment need for the entire region is approx. 300 care workers per year. Length of the contract period: 5 years (4 years 1 year option). The employees are located in the regions of the different municipalities in the provinces, with a wide range of social services.
Servicethe role of the plumber is to implement language training in the country of origin to a sufficient level (minimum A2), ensure that the personnel meet all the requirements set by the customer, assist people in coming to Finland, smoothly starting work and integration. The training in the country of departure must includevocational training, knowledge of the Finnish social security system and career opportunities. The employer of the personnel is a welfare area that orders independently, and it is not a matter of hired labor.To Finland. The service provider produces a training package for the employees in the country of origin, which prepares them for living and working in Finland. The service provider takes care of the employee's permits (more detailed in the future) and the relocation services as a whole.
