• Description:
• The object of the procurement is telecommunication connections, which connect the Subscriber's core network to the public Internet. The aim of the procurement contracts is to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the organization's business by acquiring sufficient Internet capacity. Acquisition the object and the requirements concerning it are described in detail in this request for tender and its attachments. The procurement is divided into parts as follows: When submitting the offer, the bidder determines to which two (2) addresses the connections will be delivered out of three (3) of a possible address option. The address options are defined in the request for tenders appendix. Requirements definition and selection of addresses is done in the Price Form appendix. The provider can submit several parallel offers, if it is able to offer the subscriptions to several different address combinations. If the bidder wants to submit a parallel bid, the parallel bid must be based on the same requirements of the request for bids as the actual bid. It is not necessary to submit a parallel offer as a separate whole as an offer, but for that it is sufficient:• completed pricing formA parallel offer is always treated as a separate offer.
