- The object of the procurement is the implementation of the new communications intranet of the city of Tampere in the Microsoft 365 cloud service environment, as well as the solution's support and further development services.
The goal is to acquire a well-functioning one that serves the information needs of employees and smoothly leads to other digital toolsva and the communication intranet service accessible to all employees and the extranet it contains for external partners. With the help of the reform, the customer experience of internal customers and the sense of community of the organization will be improved, and the utilization of digitalization will be supported.The supplier has overall responsibility for delivering the intranet service. Delivery includes e.g. following the customer's brand guidelines for the design of the user interfaces and appearance of the service, the technical implementation, the definition and design tasks required by the implementation, and project management.
Service lockthe delivery project of onasuity starts after the conclusion of the procurement contract with project planning, user interface design and specification refinement. The goal is that the decision on the selection of the supplier will be made in April 2024, and the refinement phase of the specification could be started without delay.after the signing of the contract in May 2024. The technical implementation must be ready for content production in September 2024, so that content input can be started in September-October 2024 at the latest.
