• Description:
• The system must be a comprehensive service that includes all the features defined in the requirements through a browser user interface that is as unified as possible and independent of terminal devices, taking into account data protection, information security and valid legislation and other regulations. The user interface must be in Finnish. The system must be accessible in its entirety via the public information network. The procurement contract terms are based on the general contract terms for public administration procurement. The supplier delivers system service either from the supplier's own cloud service platform or from the cloud service platform of an established cloud service provider. The estimated number of users for the warehouse management system is currently 40-50 people and there are items in the warehouse about 1000 titles. The inventory management system is acquired to replace the previous system, which has already been decommissioned. The goal is to introduce a user-friendly system that supports operations in the best possible way and reduces manual work, reduces errors, memory-based procedures and time spent on correcting errors. The system to be procured must enable inventory tracking both in the warehouse and on the construction sites.
