The acquisition is subject to the acquisition of demanding institutional care and special care.
Demanding institutional care for child welfare substitute care refers to the enhanced 24 -hour care based on special expertise, which must be the Child Welfare Act (417/2007), In accordance with the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014) and the Law on Private Social Services (922/2011). Special care is multi -professional care and care. With special care organizing The institution must have sufficient educational, social work, psychological and medical expertise.
