Ab Yrkeshögskolan vid Åbo Akademi (hereafter Novia) is preparing a tender for the HR system and with this call for market dialogue invites HR system suppliers to a market dialogue. Novia has decided to acquire the HR system currently in use replaced by a new replacement system. The goal of Novia's HR system procurement is to acquire an HR system which / in which:• Manages all the company's basic HR processes (HR Lifecycle processes), excluding:o Recruitment (separate recruitment system)o Working time monitoring and shift planning (separate systems)o Salaries (separate salary system)o Travel and expense invoices• Easy and smooth management of the following processes in the new system is particularly important: reward processes, absences management (holidays, sick leaves, other absences) and competence development (training information, qualifications).• Ensures high-quality and up-to-date HR data (which is also used in other systems through integrations). • Be intuitive and easy to use. • Enables work efficiency and legality. • Create a basis for up-to-date reporting. • Includes modern integration options.
