The city of Vyvinkaa (later also the Client) is preparing the procurement of a study management system.
With this notice, we ask suppliers interested in this procurement to participate in the marketfor a phone call. The purpose of the market dialogue is to get a feel for the suppliers of study management systems on the market that correspond to the entity to be acquired, and to get to know the solutions on offer.
The object of the procurement is preschool and basic education, secondary education (high school, adult high school, adult basic education, TUVA training) and the visual arts school's study management system as a SaaS service, including support and maintenance services, as well as identity automation for the active directory (AD) and team automation for the M365 service.n collaboration and student data management in one and the same system, from pre-school until the end of secondary education.
With the help of the procured solution, e.g. management of the following areas:
-management of the student application and selection process
-teaching planning pand curriculum and supply management
-management of teacher resources and teaching groups
-creating and publishing work schedules for students, guardians and teachers and other staff
-reserving and managing space and other resources
-attendance management
-credits and assessment...
