- This is a request for information, the purpose of which is to collect and share information for a future procurement and to enable a dialogue between the procurement unit and potential bidders.aelitaskeskus receives, combines and forwards the travel orders of the customer and its transport service customers. In addition, the acquired service includes transport monitoring, reporting, cash flow management and compilation of invoicing information. Other possibilities to implement the service/procurement are also desiredhear from the actors. All services are provided in the Finnish language.
The welfare area of Satakunta currently has valid contracts and different operating models for ride sharing, and the goal is to unify them from the beginning of 2025. It is estimated that the Satakunta welfare area is cared forapprox. 300,000 rides annually.
Operators participating in the market dialogue are required to have sufficient knowledge and experience in producing a similar service. Experience of the last two (2) years in the service, where similar types of rides have been provided, is considered sufficient.at a price of 100,000 pcs/year. An explanation of the reference must be given (subscribers, scope of contracts and date) when registering for the market dialogue). The possible reference requirement for the tender request can be changed.
