Description:
Lapland's welfare area is planning to put out a competition for replacement labor to complement the nursing staff as personnel rental. The places of work of the rental staff are the customer's operational units or the homes of customers covered by the service. Leased personnel are primarily used for temporary, urgentin additional and short-term personnel needs, but also in longer placements if necessary. The procurement complements the customer's own service production.
With regard to the future procurement, a market dialogue will be carried out, the purpose of which is to provide information about the future procurement and to hear about the procurement kienthusiastic potential bidders. Lapland's welfare area plans to implement the competition as a framework arrangement in which several service providers are selected as service providers. A more detailed definition of the parts of the procurement in the procurement notice is still to be evaluated by the procurement unit.
Dialogue startedin eta on 18 March 2024 at 12:00-13:30 via Microsoft Teams video call. At the event, there will be a discussion about the future procurement and preliminary service description with the participants.
If necessary, the dialogue can be continued by e-mail or in another agreed way. The aim of the event is to getpotential bidders' views and ideas for the planned acquisition.
