Description: This is not a contract notice, nor a call for tenders, but an invitation to market dialogue and the development of a new innovation as a central energy solution. The market dialogue will begin with an information session on 11 February 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00. This initially means a service solution for freezing the city-s outdoor ice in the autumn and heating the football field in the spring. An absolute requirement is therefore a service that produces cold for artificial ice (solution) and warm for the football field (solution). The supplier must therefore be able to provide design, hardware and related service as a service solution.
The aim of the planned service is to optimize energy consumption and to develop and later utilize energy-wise solutions in other possible destinations, which are identified in Annex 1.
