• This is not a procurement announcement or a request for quotation, but a request for information and an invitation to a market dialogue. You cannot leave an offer in this request for information, only ask comments and questions. The documents and material concerning the future procurement package are in the preliminary phase, and therefore it is not necessarily possible to answer the comments and questions presented completely and exhaustively. The subject of this request for information and market dialogue is the financial management system for Certia and its customer universities. The goal of the request for information and market dialogues is:• To get an overview of the solutions offered on the market.• To identify potential suppliers for further investigation and the procurement procedure.• To understand the functional, technical and commercial differences. Certia has reserved five (5) times for market dialogues for the first week of June (week 23). Suppliers willing to participate are asked to register for the market dialogue no later than Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 12:00 by. If Certia receives more from interested organizations requests for participation, than time slots have been reserved for market dialogues, Certia reserves the right to limit participants and select supplier candidates for market dialogues as it sees fit, at the last minute...
