This request for information is not a request for tender, and the publication of the announcement does not start a tender. Answering a request for information is not a condition for participating in a subsequent tender, and answering a request for information does not affect the candidate's position in the tender. Candidates are not paid compensation for responding to a request for information / participating in a market dialogue and not for documents prepared in connection with them. Mikkeli City's Food and Cleanliness Services plans to tender for the renewal of the dishwashing line of the central kitchen Isopada. The procurement is planned to be implemented in connection with the renovation of the central kitchen Isopada, planned for summer 2026. The condition for the completion of the competition is that the required funds are allocated for the procurement and that the renovation budget for the central kitchen is realized. CALL FOR MARKET DIALOGUE With this request for information, the city of Mikkeli invites bidder candidates for market dialogue. The market dialogues will be held between 14.11.2025 and 25.11.2025 as bilateral negotiations between the procurement entity and each registered bidder candidate. If the number of bidder candidates does not allow for one-on-one negotiations, arrangements will be made for the bidder candidates if necessary joint event. Exact times and other practices will be agreed with each registrant.
