• Welcome to the market dialogue regarding the purchase planned by the city of Turku: Personal protective equipment, warning protective work clothes and other work clothes and shoes. In addition to the city of Turku, the city of Paimio and Nousiainen also participate in the procurement municipality. Protective workwear refers to clothing that protects the wearer from dirt, changing thermal conditions and occupational safety risks. Protective workwear has special product-specific needs related to, for example, visible warning requirements and to thermal conditions. The products must comply with the standards required for each product. The customer also requests offers for work clothes intended for use in different fields. Safety footwear refers to footwear that protects the user's feet from injuries and slips. The products must comply with the standards required for each product. In addition to safety footwear, the Customer requests offers for work footwear to be purchased for use in various industries. In addition, the purchase includes various personal protective equipment. We present the current product lists and requirements as an attachment to the invitation. The procurement unit does not undertake to carry out the procurement based on the market survey, and the presented descriptions / specifications are not binding on the customer. In market dialogue we hope to receive especially comments, suggestions and insight into a new acquisition where the products would be divided into different sub-assemblies.
