This is the invitation of Monetra Oulu Oy's procurement services to potential providers for a market dialogue.
The market dialogue is related to a possible future acquisition of communication and marketing services, which Monetra Oulu Oy's procurement services is planning for its customers. Acquisition targets and groupsely will be specified and determined by a possible published call for tenders.
The target of the market dialogue is the strategic partner in the area of acquisition, which is initially planned to be acquired from among the participating customers for the city of Oulu. The sub-area may also include other Moncustomers of etra Oulu Oy.
The strategic partner of the city of Oulu, in cooperation with communication and marketing experts and partners, is responsible for forward-looking and proactive communication and marketing in accordance with the city strategy and brand, which is used to manage the city'sgoals in the desired direction.
The strategic partner works closely with communication and marketing experts and partners, from planning and conceptualization to implementation and reporting.
