BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE of the City of Helsinki the urban environment industry is preparing a procurement for the construction of green and sports facilities. Two separate contracts for small and large projects will be tendered for the construction of green and sports facilities. Before the actual procurement procedure starting, the procurement unit surveys the market supply, willingness and interest to participate in procurement for small projects. The market dialogue seeks answers to questions related to the procurement being prepared, and the procurement unit especially encourages smaller players in the industry to participate in the market dialogue. SCHEDULE The preliminary planned publication date of the request for tender is early 2026. The plan is to establish a framework arrangement or dynamic procurement system. BACKGROUND OF THE PROCUREMENT The procurement consists of contracting works for the construction of green and sports facilities in areas intended for public use for the various units of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department. the sites are located in areas owned by the city of Helsinki, and small projects can consist of planting a few plants or implementing an entire park project.
