That's why we do a market survey before publishing the actual procurement notice. The goal is to tell about the future about the tender, survey the market of the procurement target and get comprehensive information about availability, implementation possibilities and potential suppliers. We will also ask the journalists participating in the market dialogue for comments about the minimum requirements and quality criteria to be included in the procurement documents. In the market dialogue, the goal is also to review the scheduling and implementation of the future tender. This is an invitation to a market dialogue that concerns the city of Turku planned tender for Forum Marinum for the docking of the hull of the museum ship Suomen Joutsenen.
