This announcement is related to the procurement procedure for the procurement procedure by Itarathuto Oy later in order to obtain a planning consultant through the project: "Eastern Planning Tasks, Framework Agreement". The estimate of the duration of the framework agreement is 3 years (+ 2 for two years). Designer consultantsThe task is to work in the design management of the Eastern Track design and technical preparation of design purchases. This procurement is being prepared so that acting as a designer consultant does not cause disqualification to act as a provider for future Eastern Track Planning.It is the task of Itaratarata Oy to design a quick train connection from the aircraft through the Porvoo to Kouvola to the construction phase. The main objectives of the project are to enable faster long -distance trains to eastern Finland: along the Savo and Karelian councils to Kuopio, Joensuuand to Kainuu and connect the city of Porvoo to the railway network in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. There are 2 million Finns in seven provinces in the area of influence of the eastern track. The East Track is designing with several design partners, municipalities and cities and other stakeholders. DesignThe aim is to start implementing the track in the early 2030s and the course would be completed by 2040.
