This is Monetra Oulu Oy Procurement Services' invitation to potential bidders for a market dialogue. The market dialogue is related to the possible future procurement of electrical supplies, light sources, accumulators and batteries, which Monetra Oulu Oy Hankintapalvelut is planning for its customers Pohjois-Pohjain the area of various municipalities in Finland and Lapland. The procurement targets and grouping will be specified and determined after the market dialogue.
