The subject of the market dialogue is the procurement of an energy measurement data service for the fixed consumption points of the track network for the needs of the Finnish Railways Agency.
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES
Measuring information service is part of the energy management of the track network. The measurement information service is related to oeleas an integral part of the electricity transmission service for railway traffic. The metering data service includes the following services:
− collection of feed stations' consumption and yield data from electricity grid companies (reactive and
reactive energy)
− transmission of feed stations' consumption and yield data to the Erex system
− collection of consumption datareading from remotely readable meters (reactive and reactive energy, also the number of the cumulative register)
− transmitting fixed consumption as organization-specific sum data to the Erex system.
− generating outdoor air temperature data
− receiving mobile equipment consumption data from the Erex systemae
− checking the correctness of measurement data and monitoring the condition of measurements
− correcting incorrect measurement data using type consumption data
− reporting consumption data to the Subscriber
− balance settlement to the balance settlement unit eSett and electricity sellers
− development of the measurement data service

The fixed points of consumption are thus for the most part the Customer's own equipment.
