Background and Purpose
The City of Helsinki Urban Environment (hereinafter referred to as Kymp) is preparing for the acquisition of "Public Planning of Public Areas, Framework Arrangement of Implementation 2028-2029 and 2029-2030).market supply, willingness and interest in providing this framework arrangement and seeking answers to the procurement issues under preparation.
Market dialogue does not start a tender.
The procurement procedure and schedule
The procurement would be carried out with an open procedure.According to the preliminary estimate, the actual procurement procedure will be launched in January 2026.design tasks and various research and inventory work in the city's park and green areas, street squares, street green areas.
