- MARKET DIALOGUE This is not a preliminary notice, procurement notice or request for tender, but an invitation to a market dialogue. PROCUREMENT TARGET The municipality of Eura is preparing a school transport competition for the years 2026-2029 + 1 year option. The actual procurement procedure will be done according to the preliminary estimate, to start in December 2025. According to the preliminary schedule, the tender is to be organized in such a way that the contracts enter into force on August 1, 2026. The purpose of the market dialogue is to give potential bidders a chance to discuss the implementation of the procurement and to give views and feedback to support the preparation of the procurement. The anticipated value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold value. The actual procurement is divided into parts. The municipality of Eura decides the number of parts and more detailed information after market dialogue. The final terms of the procurement will be published with the procurement notice and request for tenders with attachments. According to the procurement unit's current preliminary view, the procurement procedure is an open procedure. REGISTRATION Market dialogue will be held for potential bidders on 18 November 2025 at 10:30-11:30 at the Eura municipal office at Sorkkistentie 20, 27510 Eura. It is also possible to participate in the event remotely with a Teams connection.
