- IN GENERAL Fimea has started preparations for the acquisition of the Fimea.fi website renewal. Fimea is a central agency under the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, which operates in the field of medicines, medical devices, blood and as a licensing and control authority for tissue preparations, biobanks and pharmaceutical operators. As part of the tender preparation, the procurement unit carries out a market dialogue. The actual procurement will be carried out as an open procurement procedure. Mind you, that it is a market survey announcement and not a request for tender. This market survey notice is not yet soliciting bids. Participation in the market dialogue is completely voluntary. Participation or non-participation in market dialogue does not affect the bidder's possibilities to participate in the procurement procedure that will be implemented later. The market dialogue does not oblige anyone to participate in the actual competition, nor does it exclude anyone from it. PRELIMINARY PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION Acquisition the goal is to renew the Fimea.fi website and publication system so that the public site is user-friendly, accessible and supports the management of up-to-date content.
