• Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy invites suppliers to a market dialogue regarding the procurement of financial and personnel management services and system integration. The competition is designed to cover both areas, i.e. financial management (such as accounting, ledgers, payment transactions) and personnel administration (such as payroll, working time tracking, HR processes) services, as well as the system set needed to manage these processes (financial administration system and HR system, if necessary) with additional parts). The goal is an overall solution where services and parts of the systems work together seamlessly and are the responsibility of one supplier with overall responsibility. On the other hand, the customer wants to find out whether the purchase is possible through market dialogue implement the so-called on a one-stop-shop basis from one supplier, or would it make sense to divide the procurement into, for example, two separate requests for tenders, or change HR services to an option. The situation of financial administration services is more critical than the schedule as the current contract expires in the summer of 2026. Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy wants to find a long-term and strategic partner through tendering to be responsible for the whole of financial and personnel management, develop operations and ensure processes efficiency and compliance with the legislation.
