• This is an invitation to market dialogue, not a procurement announcement. This advance notification does not shorten the deadlines or start the bidding process. Operators interested in the market dialogue should register for the dialogue according to the instructions below Monetra Oulu Oy procurement services is preparing a tender for foodstuffs for its customers participating in the procurement from the following product groups: Bakery products Fish and fish preparations Meat, meat preparations and prepared food As part of the procurement preparation, a market survey is organized, the goal of which is to get comprehensive information about the players in the field and the methods of operation. The meetings are organized remotely via Teams. Market dialogues will be organized separately for each registered participant with the operator in spring 2026 (tentatively weeks 11 and 13). The procurement unit will send those who have registered a more detailed schedule proposal and allocate dialogue times and deliver calendar invitations. REGISTRATION Interested operators are asked to register by Monday 9 February 2026 at 12:00 by e-mail to the addresses marjut.sipila@monetra.fi and jaana.palukka@monetra.fi. The registration message must state:* e-mail addresses to which the schedule proposal for the dialogue event will be sent* The registration message should be titled "Registration for the dialogue, Food and product group (e.g. Bakery products).
