This is not a preliminary announcement, procurement announcement or request for tender, but an announcement about starting a market dialogue as part of the planning of the tendering process for the procurement.
Lapland's well-beingtialue surveys the interest and opinions of market players regarding the planned tendering of different transport service sub-areas. The plan is to implement the procurement of the various types of transport services shown below. There will be a total of 17 parts of the procurement. Bidders must havean opportunity to submit an offer for one, several or all areas. Service providers will be selected separately for each area. The provider can be selected as a service provider for one, several or all areas.
Competitive areas will be part of the planaccording to be the following:
1) Goods transport services of the Lapland welfare area (excl. Rovaniemi area)
2) Medicine and medical equipment transport services of the Lapland welfare area route 1 (Central Hospital of Lapland - Ranua-Posio)
3) Medicine and medical equipment transport services of the Lapland welfare area route 2 (Lapin keskussaiaraala-Kemijarvi-Salla-Pelkosenniemi-Savukoski)
