Kiertokapula Oy is preparing to bid for the transport of mixed/dry and bio waste in the Hausjaervi, Janakkala and Riihimaeki areas and is inviting hauliers to a market dialogue regarding the collection method. Before launching tenders, Kiertokapula Oy wants to hear from potential biddersa in market dialogue. The market dialogue is not part of the procurement procedure, but is carried out before starting the procurement procedure. The information obtained in the market dialogue is used in the preparation of tenders. The transports are to be divided into several tenders and separate contract areas. The division of contract areas is one of the topics discussed in the market dialogue. The schedule and procedures of a possible tender will be decided after the market dialogue. The presentation of the procurement package and preliminary plans will be held remotely (Teams) on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 1 p.m..00 onwards. Those participating in the presentation event are asked to register at the email address hankinnat@kiertokapula.fi no later than Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 4 p.m., and participants will be sent an invitation link to the presentation based on their registration.
