• Description:
• The City of Helsinki, Department of Urban Environment, Buildings and public areas service complex, Public areas service invites all suppliers interested in procurement to a joint information session. The information event will be held on Thursday 16.4. from 12:00 to 14:00 as a remote meeting. The link to the information session will be sent to those who have registered after the registration period. At the event, the updated Artificial Intelligence-assisted quality improvement system for register data of general areas procurement plan will be presented and an open dialogue will take place. In 2025, a request for tenders for procurement was published as a limited procedure; Procurement of expert and maintenance services (DPS) of the dynamic procurement system of the City of Helsinki for Software Development as a tender in accordance with H093-19. No bids were received for the request for tenders and the procurement was suspended. The procurement unit has since evaluated and refined the procurement object and procurement documents based on the feedback received. At the information session, the updated procurement will be presented, and it will be opened the client's needs and key conditions regarding the procurement, and the client's questions to the suppliers regarding, for example, the method of procurement, the technical implementation of the system to be procured, and the requirements are dealt with.
