- MARKET DIALOGUE The target of the market dialogue is the information security and data protection expert services that are being prepared, as well as the evaluation services of information security evaluation institutions for the needs of the Norwegian Railways Agency. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The Finnish Railways Agency is tendering the following two expert service procurements: Tietoturva and data protection expert services With this tender, experts are acquired to support the ensuring and development of the Norwegian Railway Agency's information and cyber security, data protection and information management. The Norwegian Railway Agency has several different administrative or technical projects and projects underway, operations are developed and existing information systems are renewed or new information systems are ordered. All of these projects and projects have in common that they must implement information security and meet the state administration's information security requirements in a way that is suitable for the organization. and cybersecurity security consulting and auditing services.
