- MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the information security and data protection expert services that are being prepared, as well as the evaluation services of information security assessment institutions for the needs of the Norwegian Railways Agency. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The Finnish Railways Agency is tendering the following two professional service procurements: Information security and data protection expert services With this tender, experts will be acquired to support the Finnish Railway Agency's information and cyber security, data protection and data management, and development. The Finnish Railways Agency has several different administrative or technical projects in progress, where operations are developed and existing information systems are renewed or new information systems are ordered. All these projects and projects have one thing in common, that they must implement information security and meet the state administration's information security requirements in a way that suits the organization. The object of the acquisition is information and cyber security security consulting and auditing services. Work is largely done in a multi-supplier environment, but also as internal consulting for individual projects. Data security audits are also carried out regularly in the supplier environment. In addition, e.g. information security guidelines for state administration impact on the projects and operations of the Finnish Railways Agency. In addition to the office environment, the object of procurement are the infrastructures managed by Väylä, i.e. state-owned roads, railways and waterways.
