- Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) invites bidders to participate in the installation, programming, repair and maintenance work of residential buildings * building automation systems and control room programs,* maintenance, repair and replacement work of field equipment of HVAC systems connected to automation,* cooling systems and maintenance work related to heat pumps and*, if necessary, to the market dialogue regarding investigation of network and bus traffic fault situations related to building automation. The aim of the service is to ensure that the building technical systems of Heka houses work optimally and energy efficiently. The service supports the maintenance and development of the systems' performance so that they meet the building's operational needs as efficiently and economically as possible. The goal is also to promote energy saving and reduce costs due to system disturbances. a range of building automation solutions, ranging from modern cloud-based monitoring to traditional local monitoring. The majority of the real estate is connected to a cloud monitoring system. The procurement concerns Heka's service areas in the south, east, west and north, as well as private residential properties.
