• The employment area of ​​the Tampere region is in the process of reforming the integration trainings intended for the use of its customers in accordance with the law on the organization of employment services (380/2023) and the law on the promotion of integration (681/2023). From the beginning of 2027 to Tampere the region's employment area includes Akaa, Juupajoki, Kangasala, Kuhmoinen, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Pälkäne, Ruovesi, Tampere, Valkeakoski, Vesilahti, Virrat and Ylöjärvi. The city of Tampere acts as the municipality responsible for the employment area and as a procurement unit. The employment area is preparing the bidding process for two service packages; the services that are currently being tendered are known as the Vocational Integration Path and the Supported Integration Path. The target group of the trainings are for work or job seekers heading for vocational training during the integration period. Part of the target group may need separate support measures. According to preliminary plans, requests for tenders for the two trainings to be acquired will be published in Hilma and Tampere in the city's journalist service from early autumn 2026. We invite parties interested in possible acquisitions to participate in the market dialogue event organized on March 24, 2026 between 9:15 and 11:30. The live event will be held in Tampere in the Pendoliino building near the train station and Tullintori, at Pakkahuoneaukio 2 (entrance from the Tullikatu side).
