The announcement is accompanied by an invitation to a technical market dialogue, where all suppliers interested in procurement have the opportunity to attend dialogue regarding the acquisition with Istekki Oy. The purpose of the announcement is to survey the market for operators interested in acquisition and to start a dialogue with interested operators. The goal is to visit the general level dialogue about the procurement target and its determination, as well as collect information about the procurement target for future bidding. In particular, the purpose is to find out the market situation of Internet capacity and telecommunications connections, functional and technical features, suppliers' pricing principles and price level. Those who responded to the announcement will not be compensated for participating in the technical market dialogue.
