• This is not a procurement announcement or a request for bids, but an invitation to market dialogue for suppliers operating in the market. The market survey organized in the form of a market dialogue is done for the preparation of the acquisition of interpretation and translation services. Sign up for the market dialogue in the Tender service by the deadline of the announcement. Vendor-specific discussions will be arranged with those who signed up for the market dialogue via Teams remote connection. The goal is to organize the discussions in June. Those who have registered can be provided with drafts of tender documents and advance questions before the market dialogue discussion. The procurement unit can send draft requests for tenders to those registered for the market dialogue even after the discussions for comment (technical dialogue). The organization of the market survey does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement, nor does it obligate the procurement unit to carry out the procurement as described in the market dialogue. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the information obtained during the market survey when preparing a possible tender request. The market dialogue is conducted in Finnish. The suppliers are not compensated for participating in the market survey, nor is the welfare area of ​​Etelä-Savo reimburses the costs of market mapping. Participating in the market survey does not bind the supplier to participate in the tender, nor is it a prerequisite for the actual possible tender later on...
