Description:
This is not a procurement announcement but an invitation to market dialogue.
The object of the planned procurement is interpretation services. The contract period is supposed to start on August 1, 2024, after the end of the previous contract period. The procurement notice will be published approximately on March 18, 2024, but the publication date may still change.
Etelae-Karjala's wellness area acquires interpretation services as purchase services for communication situations between the Subscriber and this customer. Interpretation services are needed e.g. in different types of business situations related to the person's health, stay, social security, etc.
The procurement is divided into the following sub-areasi:
1) Local interpreting
2) Remote interpreting
3) Notification interpreting
4) Express interpreting
5) Other languages
The purpose is that the bidder can offer either one or more areas.
The market dialogue is carried out in writing.
Suppliers willing to participate in the market dialogue are asked to be in connection with e-mailto hankinnat@ekhva.fi by February 16, 2024. In the subject field of the e-mail, please put "MARKINAVUOROPHELU_TULKAUSPALVELUT_COMPANY NAME".
The market dialogue does not bind the participating suppliersparticipate in the planned acquisition. The market dialogue also does not bind the purchasing unit in the implementation of a possible purchase. The final possible acquisition may also differ from the initial plans.
