• This is an invitation/request for information for a market dialogue (not an advance notice, procurement notice or request for tender). Responding to the invitation and request for information does not mean giving an offer, but participating in the market dialogue. Market dialogue has a purpose organize a request for information for commenting on the procurement document drafts and to get answers to our detailed questions. Object and goal of the future procurement: The National Pension Service (Kela) is bidding for anniversary gift cards for Kela's personnel. Subject to acquisition are electronic and paper Gift Cards and the related service package. The chosen supplier must offer an electronic a portal through which the recipient of the gift card can self-service select and redeem the value of the gift card from third parties maintenance shops and services. Gift cards are used to remember personnel based on anniversaries, years of service, retirement and good work performance. Gift cards must be available in electronic form and, if necessary, in paper form. Electronic Gift Cards are delivered by e-mail and paper ones by post to the agreed address. The supplier must have the ability to deliver gift cards both individually and in large one-off orders to all Kela personnel. The recipient of the gift card must be able to:• get to know to the selection before redeeming• redeem the gift card in the electronic portal without creating usernames• flexibly use the value of the gift card for several destinations and, if necessary, pay part of the purchase yourself...
