Description:
VTS-kodit (Tampere rental house foundation sr, Vilusen Rinne Vuokra-asunnot Oy and Annalan Vuokra-asunnot Oy) are exploring the possibility of outsourcing their key management and tendering their locking services.
VTS-kodit invites companies interested in acquisition to participate in the market dialogue regarding acquisitionn. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the ability and interest of possible companies interested in the acquisition to implement the acquisition and to find out the views of the companies regarding the future acquisition.
Note. In the tender request, it will be required that the bidder's office is located in the entire sop7 km from Tampere Keskustori and that there are good public transportation connections to the location (max. 500 m from a bus/tram stop). Customers have a chancein the center of Tampere either at the VTS-koti office or pick up the keys from the Smartbox pick-up machine in the Kuninkaankulma business center.
Scope of the project:
VTS-koti currently has approx. 178 properties, 550 buildings and approx. 9,700 apartments. Approximately 100-200 new apartments are completed annually.

- approx. 40,000 apartment keys, some of which are apartments in serviced homes and group homes, other keys approx. 15,000
- less than 100 keys in the safe on average
- tenant changes approx. 120-150 apartments/month
