MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the maintenance of elevators and escalators in the station areas of the Western Finland Railway, which is being prepared for the needs of the Finnish Railways Agency. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The objects of the procurement are those owned by the Norwegian Railways Agency maintenance services for elevators and escalators in railway stations, which keep the usability of the elevators at the highest possible level. The sites are located in the platform areas on the following track sections: - (Riihimäki) - Tampere - (Tampere) - Seinäjoki - (Seinäjoki) - Kokkola - (Tampere) - Pori - (Tampere) - Jyväskylä The whole to be acquired includes - basic maintenance of elevators and escalators - emergency service 24/7/365 - vandalism and other defect repairs of elevators and escalators - remote monitoring services and what is needed for that technical solution (IoT) - the most common spare parts to ensure the usability of elevators and escalators PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE The client's target schedule for market dialogue and procurement is: - technical dialogue in May 2026 - request for tender release in August 2026 - the deadline for submitting bids is September 2026 - notification of the procurement decision in September 2026 ----- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE NOTICE This announcement is an invitation to market dialogue.
