- In the spring of 2024, Lapland's welfare area will tender medical compression support textiles and the service included in them in different service areas of the welfare area (Southeast, Southwest, East and North). This call for market dialogue is aimed at bidders interested in the procurement in question.The purpose of this call for market dialogue is to survey the market players of the acquisition target in question and to get their views on, among other things, how the acquisition targets and possible groupings should be defined in the request for tenders.
