Description:
This is an invitation to a market dialogue concerning the organization of daycare activities in the Pansion and Perno areas. In Turku, an early childhood education service voucher is in use. The early childhood education rulebook guides service voucher operations. The current rulebook is attached. The city of Turku will make changes to the rule book, which are mainly due to legislative changes, which are the amendment to the Early Childhood Education Act and the new Early Childhood Education Service Voucher Act. The facilities of the day care center must be suitable for organizing early childhood education and meet the requirements laid down in the law and other design instructions. Early childhood education must comply with the legislation and the service provider must commit to complying with the principles of the Early Childhood Education Plan and the local early childhood education plan and the Turku City Early Childhood Education Rulebook. whether a private service provider could be found in the area to offer early childhood education services in suitable facilities. The city does not have the space to allocate for this. The day care center should be sized for about 4 groups of children, about 84 care places. In the market dialogue, the client presents the topic, after which to discuss the topic and it is possible to ask questions or comments. After the event, a survey will be carried out, to which we will ask for answers in writing (tentatively by the end of December, this will be specified at the market dialogue event).
