- This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a request for information to potential bidders. The purpose of the request for information is to survey the market and collect information and suppliers' comments, so that the future tender can be carried out in an appropriate manner. With a request for information no bids are solicited or given.
The subject of the acquisition is the production of financial administration (accounting, purchase and sales ledger, reporting) and payroll (payroll, official obligations, travel and expense invoices) services, which are described in more detail in this request for information and in its appendices. Appendix two describes the duties and division of responsibilities of the mediating institution in more detail. The service package includes information systems and software, and the organization and implementation of the transfer project. In addition, HR services for personnel management can be included as an option in the purchase system and related services.
The purpose of the market dialogue is to find out with what kind of entity the financial and payroll administration and HR services could be implemented in the Ostrobothnia Union in the future. The goal of the market dialogue is to map Ostrobothnia to the union's needs suitable service providers and information systems with software.
According to the OBJECTIVE, the whole to be procured includes services according to this invitation (= information request).
