• Kela is currently exploring options for the future production method of payroll administration. One option to consider is the outsourcing of payroll administration as a service, either as a whole or as a limited set of services. 1. The aim of the market dialogue is: - form an overall picture of the payroll outsourcing services offered on the market - get information about different service and responsibility distribution models - understand pricing models, cost structures and cost factors - map interfaces and integrations For HR and working time tracking systems - to get suppliers' views on service development, continuity and risks. The results of the market dialogue are used in the preparation of a possible future acquisition. 2. The market dialogue concerns the salary administration service, which may include, for example: - payroll, payroll and the delivery of salary statements to the online bank - statutory notifications (e.g. income register) and applying for employer receivables - service customer support and advice - errors processing and repairs - continuous service development and change management - reporting and monitoring Number of personnel: Approximately 8,500 people work at Kela. In addition, we look at: - the division of responsibilities of the service and the subscriber - those required by the service systems or the payroll system offered by the supplier - integrations with the HR and working time monitoring system 3.
