Polkka - Pohjois Karjala tukipalvelut oy is publicly owned a service company that produces high-quality meal, cleaning and logistics services for its owners. The company's owners are the welfare region of North Karelia and the cities of Joensuu, Kitee and Nurme, and the municipalities of Heinävesi, Ilomantsi, Tohmajärvi and Liperi. Polkka operates in the entire North Karelia region, and the administration is located in Joensuu. The company has a total of approximately 800 employees. With its operations, Polkka supports the everyday life and well-being of the area's residents by offering reliable and efficient services support services. Polkka is planning a tender where the procurement is for financial and personnel administration services and the related system complex. The object of the acquisition includes financial and personnel management services as well as implementation project of the system unit, user rights, support and maintenance services, supplementary expert services to be ordered separately and additional procurement opportunities. Polka's financial and personnel management services are currently outsourced to Our IT and to Talous Oy. The services are managed in the systems managed by the service provider, whose central parts are Raindance, MRDP, Rondo and UDP in financial management and Populus, Titania, Timecon and RegWeb in personnel management.
