MARKET DIALOGUE
The subject of the market dialogue is the procurement of a data catalog for the needs of the Finnish Railways Agency.
BACKGROUND AND GOALS
The data catalog is a tool of the Finnish Railways Agency, which maintains descriptions of the overall architecture and information management model. The data catalog is browser-basedkais, which contains an inventory of the parts of the overall architecture with their descriptions and information, the links between them and their visualization, as well as a vocabulary.ute's system portfolio and process listing with descriptions. The platform must have the possibility to produce different "landing pages" for different purposes and to search existing information from the perspectives of different architectures.the contract period is for a fixed period of three (3) years, after which there is an option for a three (3) year option period.
The object of acquisition includes the following:
1. Product updates and maintenance and assistance
2. A platform that must be able to e.g.:
- produce a data catalog portal, where thes access management
- to retrieve data from different sources through interfaces
- to receive data e.g. as json/xml files
- to offer one's own data for use by others through interfaces
- to produce a data management model in accordance with existing regulations
