This is an invitation to participate/request for information in the market dialogue. This is not a preliminary notice, a procurement notice or a request for tender.
This notice does not start a tender. No bids are given in the request for information, but by participating you indicate your willingness to participate in the planning of this procurement.
The city of Lahti is preparing a tender for the procurement of moving services.
The content of the moving service consists of e.g. of the following tasks:
- Service need mapping
- Service planning, scheduling and resourcing
- Instructing moving personnel
- Delivery of moving boxes etc.going
- Marking the goods, disassembling them, packing them
- Loading the car and transporting them
- Dismantling and installing the goods
- Cleaning up and final inspection
The purpose of the market dialogue is to survey the services on the market and collect additional information for procurement planningfor support.
The market dialogue will be conducted with all participants in writing.
